Hi Love, It's July here.

Welcome to my new blog about my journey of self-development.

In this blog, I will be sharing tools, techniques, and printables that are helping me crush my limitations and master my emotions, creating new and improved habits to achieve my dream goals.

So if you are like me, there is a lot of delicious self-help goodies coming at your way in my future posts - stay tuned. I promised myself to be consistent, and this blog is my accountability buddy.

As you may notice, my English isn't perfect - as it is not my mother tongue, but I will do my best to craft my messages the best I can for you to understand me. After all, it's not about perfection - it's about progress. I decided to leave my fear behind, my fear of not being fluent enough and give it a try, anyway.

So today's topic is about my " 30 days confidence boosting challenge" I decided to take. Lately, I permitted external situations to influence my confidence and sense of self-worth. I have noticed that that made me feel anxious, depressed and I started to act from a very low place in each area of my life.

Finally, I've decided to get back on track and gathered all the knowledge and techniques which I use with my clinique clients.

There are a lot of ways to boost self-confidence and sense of self-worth. I wanted to start with daily practice and not with a "quick fix" which never helps me for the long run.

The best thing that you can do to boost your confidence is to live by your core values and act from your strengths. That way, you are staying true to yourself and able to increase your confidence in a more natural way, that suits you!

I will talk on core values and finding your strengths, later in my blog posts, but if you want to take it seriously, you can always check my "Not Another Life Binder" planners in my store - two of them include the core values pack.

Another aspect that you should focus on is your achievements and wins list - daily, monthly, yearly, and in each freaking moment. It doesn't matter if the success is small or big. That way you know you are capable of awesome stuff - therefore, you are worthy and should feel confident about your abilities as a master achiever!
